About SYNC
ABOUT SYNC
SYNC is a Silicon Valley, California, nonprofit organization on a mission to create 25,000 technical job opportunities over the next five years by bridging global demand with untapped talent. SYNC’s work is structured around three major initiatives.
Employers connecting global employers and facilitating services that support their recruitment, onboarding, and retention of technical professionals
Employees establishing the Silicon Valley Vetted Standard, a critical-skills and professional readiness framework that job seekers can follow to align with international expectations
Connections building global networks of Levant technologists and the diaspora through both virtual platforms and in-person gatherings. SYNC has already hosted high-impact conferences in Silicon Valley, Germany, and the UAE, bringing together talent, companies, and policymakers to accelerate pathways to employment
As a mission-driven effort led entirely by volunteers—all of them Levant professionals across the global tech ecosystem—SYNC is proving that grassroots innovation from Silicon Valley can unlock large-scale opportunity and connect displaced talent with the future of work.
